Cancellation Policy
We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. If it is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, clients will not be able to cancel or reschedule directly online. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a 20% cancellation fee or loss of deposit, where applicable.
