Welcome to The Beauty Rezort! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services and facilities. By booking an appointment, using our services, or entering our premises, you agree to comply with the following terms.

 

 

1.  Appointments & Cancellations

 

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online, over the phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 100% of the service cost.

  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next guest.

 

 

2.  Health & Safety

 

  • Medical Conditions: Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries prior to your treatment.

  • Pregnancy: Some treatments may not be suitable during pregnancy. Always consult with your physician first.

  • Hygiene: We maintain the highest standards of cleanliness. Guests are expected to maintain personal hygiene as well.

 

 

3.  Etiquette & Conduct

  • Tranquility: Please keep noise to a minimum and set mobile phones to silent. We aim to maintain a peaceful environment for all guests.

  • Respect: Harassment, inappropriate behavior, or disrespect toward staff or other guests will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the premises.

4.  Gift Cards & Packages

 

  • Gift Cards: Non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Valid for one year unless otherwise stated.

  • Packages: Services within a package must be used by the same individual unless otherwise specified.

 

 

5.  Pricing & Payments

 

  • Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice. Tax is not always included unless specified.

  • Payments: We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and select digital payment methods.

 

 

6.  Liability

 

  • The Beauty Rezort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please leave valuables at home or store them securely during your visit.

  • By using our services, you agree that The Beauty Rezort and its staff are not liable for any injuries, allergic reactions, or conditions that may arise from treatments provided.

 

 

7.  Privacy

 

  • All personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Your information will never be sold or shared without consent.

 

 

8. Right to Refuse Service

 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for inappropriate conduct, failure to comply with spa policies, or if a treatment is deemed unsafe for the guest or staff.
