Cancellation Policy

We kindly require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients may use our member portal to make changes (if signed up) or contact us directly via phone at (647) 838-2562 or email at contact@thebeautyrezort.com. If it is less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, clients will not be able to cancel or reschedule directly online. Please contact us directly via phone at (647) 838-2562 or email at contact@thebeautyrezort.com to make further changes. Missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a up to 100% cancellation fee or loss of deposit, where applicable. By proceeding with payment, the client confirms that they understand the nature of the service selected, have had the opportunity to ask questions during consultation, and agree to all booking, cancellation, and deposit policies of The Beauty Rezort. Failure to attend the scheduled appointment or requesting changes after confirmation does not qualify for a deposit refund.
